So, all of this sounds great, and both parties want the jointly desired outcome. But, how is all of this achieved? Babel uses more than AEC, Business and Technology Consulting Best Practices, but Innovations in the field that are only proven amongst the top firms globally. We cannot be the top 1% as a Startup, competing with billion-dollar budgets - and we don't want to be! We prefer innovation that is safe, allowing us to assure it's implementation for our customers.
Thus, we are okay with being the price-accessible Top 3-percenters, using the technology once data like customer cases, samples, and projects have been completed. That means we reduce risk, while keeping our clients far ahead of virtually all of their competition.
Babel also, stays on the project, until the RESULTS' playbook is delivered - not any old deliverable is. Furthermore, we only work on YOUR singular project - no other client's project - until yours is complete.
So, yes this comes at a price: we annually work with no more than 10 clients. In general, metrics being quantitatively analyzed and shown as reached, to both parties, takes time. This means that on average we monitor, once KPI's are agreed upon, the outcomes to reach the goal, pivoting and adjusting to market conditions as needed.
Also, our fees typically, a net 6-4X ROI for clients, are partially required, for resource activation, upon project authorization or NTP. Thereafter, we are all systems go, on achieving YOUR solution!
